All media files that you receive on WhatsApp, voice notes included get automatically downloaded and stored in the memory. So, the first step would be to open the File Manager on your mobile.
Search for the WhatsApp Voice Note
Once you open the File Manager you can go to the following address: Internal Storage, then to WhatsApp, Media, and then WhatsApp Voice Notes.
You can then browse through the media to find the particular voice note you want to hear. To make it easier you can click on the option of seeing the notes in an order of most recent to oldest.
Download an Audio Converter
Once you have located the WhatsApp audio file, you will be faced with another difficulty. The file will be in AAC format and you will need to download an Audio Converter to access it.
An Audio Converter app is easy and free to download and you can get it on the Google Play store for Android, or the Apple App store for iOS.
Upon downloading the Audio Converter App, you can open it and it will show you all the recent audios that you have received and downloaded. Click on the voice note you want to hear and it will start playing automatically.
